Liaoning Advance Foundation Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company")
Founded in 2017 with a registered capital of 86.13 million RMB, the Company’s manufacturing base is located in the Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone, a special economic zone of Liaoning Province. Covering a land area of 63,146 square meters, it employs more than 300 staff members. We are a professional manufacturer of semiconductor-grade high-purity quartz products, whose goods serve as critical consumables for semiconductors, photovoltaics, optical fibers, electric light sources and other industries.
The Company masters a suite of precision manufacturing and processing technologies for high-purity quartz products, covering core working procedures including mechanical processing and thermal processing. We have built a self-controllable full-process precision processing technology system that meets stringent industrial standards.
Up to now, our semiconductor-grade high-purity quartz products have passed qualification certifications from multiple core domestic wafer foundries. The products are applied in 8-inch and 12-inch wafer fabrication equipment, realizing domestic substitution of relevant components.
In 2025, the Company successfully passed the rigorous supplier qualification audit from International Electric Corporation, a global leading enterprise in semiconductor equipment. We are currently the only local Chinese manufacturer in mainland China to obtain such certification. This milestone breakthrough will greatly accelerate the domestic substitution of key components for domestic semiconductor equipment and carry great significance for securing the safety of the industrial supply chain.
